KU-EPT
KU-EPT is an English proficiency exam for undergraduate students at Kasetsart University who have passed the basic English language course. It is also possible to submit TOEFL/IELTS scores instead of taking the KU-EPT, but many students choose to take the KU-EPT as the test content and format are considered easier. The KU-EPT is also available for individuals who are not students of Kasetsart University.
Let’s take a look at what the KU-EPT exam covers.
The KU-EPT exam consists of two parts:
Structure Completion, which has 40 questions, divided into Sentence Completion (25 questions) and Cloze Test (15 questions). This part tests grammar skills.
Reading Comprehension, which also has 40 questions.
The KU-EPT is a multiple-choice exam.
To register for the KU-EPT exam, the following steps are required:
Register by filling out a form on the Language Testing Center, Faculty of Humanities’ website at Kasetsart University.
After filling out the form, an email will be sent with a confirmation link.
Confirm your information using the link.
The next step is to apply for the exam. On the website homepage, there will be a chart displaying the exam timetable.
Enter your email address and click the button. The system will display a payment form, which should be printed out.
Pay the registration fee at the Siam Commercial Bank.
After that, the Language Testing Center will send an email confirming the payment and informing the test room and test number.
